    i'm not sure what brand agar was used in this video, but in my experience, if you want it clear you can never stop stirring while it's still on the stove.1. Make sure to get the clear Agar powder because not all of them are clear2. Bring the water to a boil3. Slowly pour the powder into the boiling water, while you are still stirring. Stir with a flat implement, not something like a whisk. And do not go in circles, do a figure eight type stir, change the orientation regularly so it's not always jus...
