    In all seriousness, aren't you ever worried you're going to choke when you're eating ramen?? Slurping the noodles is one thing, but when you added the egg and pork to the bite on the first bowl with the noodles and then slurped it, I got so nervous you were going to choke om the egg. Lol.

    I forgot where exactly it was, but I was visiting Japan earlier this year and there is this place called Gontaro noodle somewhere in tokyo. It had the best soba noodles I have ever eaten. It was by this really long market with stained glass covering the street and a bridge over a river. If anyone knows where that was, then maybe reply to this comment.

    Omame is subtle n hang over, not just salty, spicy hot or sweet. Often omame is strong when less favor .
